Basic knowledge is taught in the specialist areas of animal and plant production and business management, particularly with regard to sustainable agriculture. Of great importance here is the direct practical relevance, which is achieved in particular through the practical relevance of the lecturers, through application exercises on the test field, in the laboratory and on farms as well as through excursions in Germany and abroad.
