Short description
Marius Langwasser received the M.Sc. Industrial Engineering Electrical and Information Technology and Dr.-Ing. from Christian-Albrechts-University of Kiel in 2016 and 2021, respectively. He is currently a Senior Engineer and Group Leader of the Electrical Networks Group at the Chair of Power Electronics, Christian-Albrechts-University of Kiel. He is PI of the Copernicus project ENSURE and responsible for the Marie Sklodowska-Curie Research Actions Wingrid and SMARTGYsum. His research interests include control and protection of meshed and hybrid grids, dynamically reconfigurable grids, and grid services with high voltage direct current (HVdc) systems and solid-state transformers.
